Cranial Osteopathy

unknown-1769656_1280Cranial Osteopathy is based on the fact that the cranium is composed of 22 bones which are held tightly together. However as the brain gently expands and contracts pumping cerebrospinal fluid down the spine ,  a very small and subtle movement occurs. A trained Cranial Osteopath can feel this rhythm as well as any injuries or imbalances in the positioning of the cranial bones. Also through holding the head and listening carefully we can detect many issues in a person’s body.
