Years ago I fractured my spine in two places by falling off a horse. Over time I tried physiotherapy and many other therapies, each helped for a short time but then the pain returned. As a last resort I tried AT, and was hooked! The technique is highly practical – it teaches us how to use our bodies in a more balanced way in our day-to-day lives. Suitable and hugely beneficial to anyone and everyone who wants to take responsibility for their own well being, it is a technique which has been helping people for over one hundred years. It can help reduce, stress and tension, alleviate back, neck and shoulder pain and much much more.
I have been teaching the Alexander Technique for 20 years, and now teach in Wargrave, Berkshire.
